Coaching Parents of Children With ADHD or Au-DHD

Parenting a child with ADHD can feel like a constant balancing act—juggling academic pressures, emotional outbursts, and social challenges, all while trying to preserve your own sense of calm and clarity. At Amala Counseling, we believe that when parents are supported, children thrive.

Our ADHD parent coaching service is designed to equip you with the tools, strategies, and perspective needed to create lasting change. Coaching sessions offer a space to step back from the daily stress and view your child’s journey from a wider lens—focusing not just on behavior management, but long-term growth and resilience.

Through formal, strengths-based assessments included in the service, you’ll gain insight into your child’s unique abilities. Together, we’ll learn how to leverage those strengths to build confidence, improve focus, and foster independence.

Our coaching includes:

  • Text support between sessions for ongoing guidance

  • Assistance identifying effective therapies, school interventions, or behavioral supports

  • Personalized strategy sessions to help you create clear, actionable plans that meet your child’s evolving needs

  • Couples alignment sessions-Let us help you and your partner team up and feel aligned in parenting your child.

More than anything, you’ll learn how to become a calm, confident, and informed partner in your child’s journey—not just reacting to challenges, but intentionally shaping their path toward success and well-being.
