  • I work with couples and individuals struggling with relational patterns—conflict, disconnection, emotional reactivity, breakdowns in communication, betrayal, or extended family strain. I don’t see myself as a generalist; my focus is exclusively on relationship challenges.

  • Relationship-centered therapy helps you understand how past and present experiences shape your relational patterns. We focus on the emotional engine beneath behaviors—so instead of just managing conflict, we work to change the patterns that drive it.

  • The first session is a collaborative deep-dive. I’ll ask questions to understand your relationship history, dynamics, and goals. For couples, we begin together and may schedule one-on-one sessions with each partner to create space for individual context and insight.

  • Absolutely. You can create real change even if your partner isn’t ready to join. Therapy can help you respond differently, shift the dynamic, and foster more fulfilling communication. Many clients start alone—and later their partners become curious and join.

  • Many therapists offer scripts and communication tools—which can feel useful but often fall apart in emotionally charged moments. My approach focuses on helping you notice and shift the underlying dynamic between you. Change isn’t just talked about—it’s experienced in real time during our work together.

  • My orientation is grounded in psychodynamic and systems theory. I integrate evidence-based practices from multiple schools of thought to support deep, sustainable change. I’m also trained as a Certified Trauma Practitioner, neurodivergent specialist, and advanced PET-C practitioner.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some couples see major shifts in 3-4 months, while others benefit from longer-term work. Factors that help couples progress are readiness, regularity, and responsiveness.
